The collaboration introduces four distinct game modes, each featuring iconic locations and characters from the beloved Nickelodeon series:
- Red vs. Blue: Battle opponents using jelly blasters
- Prop Hunt: Transform into Bikini Bottom objects
- Slap Fight: Karate-chop rivals while collecting Krabby Patties
- Only Up: Parkour from Rock Bottom through famous landmarks

Players can visit familiar locations including the Krusty Krab, Chum Bucket, and SpongeBob's Pineapple house. All modes support battle pass progression through Fortnite's shared XP system.
