Dota 2's Patch 7.38 "Wandering Waters" introduces significant gameplay changes that reshape the fundamental mechanics of the game. Here's what's new:
Map Changes:
- Flooded Safelanes provide speed boosts when moving towards your safe lane
- Roshan returns to mid-map, traveling between two pits during day-night cycles
- Single Tormentor now spawns in former Roshan pit locations
