Riot Games has unified North and South American League of Legends competitions under the new LTA (League of the Americas) banner for 2025. Here's everything you need to know about the first Split.
Format Overview:
- Teams compete in separate North and South conferences
- Double-elimination brackets determine top 4 teams from each conference
- Full Fearless Drafts: Champions picked are banned for remainder of series
- Winner earns spot in 2025 First Stand international event

- North Conference: Cloud9 and 100 Thieves qualified for playoffs
- South Conference: Leviatan and Isurus Estral qualified for playoffs
- Remaining playoff spots to be determined February 9
Playoffs Structure:
- Single-elimination bracket
- Cross-conference matchups (North #1 vs South #4, etc.)
- Takes place in Brazil, February 15-23
- Best-of-three format throughout
