Warframe's 1999 Update introduces eight powerful new Arcanes that can be obtained through various activities in Höllvania. Each Arcane provides unique bonuses and includes an Arcane Revive feature.

Ways to Obtain New Arcanes:

• Opening Techrot safes in any mission
• Opening Scaldra caches in Exterminate missions
• Completing the Höllvania Assassination mission
• Purchasing from Eleanor Nightingale for 7,500 Hex Standing
• Completing Faceoff missions
• Calendar rewards through the POM-2 PC

Opening Scaldra Caches:

1. Locate the marked cache on your map
2. Find five Effervon Charges within the yellow circle
3. Deliver charges to the cache before the 2-minute timer expires
4. Collect your Arcane reward

Opening Techrot Safes:

1. Find the safe marked on your HUD
2. Locate the nearby Biocode
3. Bring the Biocode to the safe
4. Claim your rewards

Notable Arcane: Arcane Bellicose grants increased ability strength based on maximum health, making it particularly effective for frames like Inaros, Grendel, and Kullervo.

If RNG isn't in your favor, you can always purchase these Arcanes directly from the Hex Syndicate for 7,500 Standing each.
