The PHD Flopper perk in Citadelle des Morts can be unlocked through a unique mini-game involving alcohol bottles and zombie bartending. Here's how to get it:

Step 1: Collect Alcohol Bottles

• Find three alcohol bottles on the north side of the map:
  1. Dining Hall: On the floor next to a nightstand (right side when entering from castle entrance)
  2. Sitting Room: Near a metal cleaning supplies cabinet (same room as Stamin-Up Perk)
  3. Oubliette Room: Under a table with a chessboard on the east side (west room without Pack-a-Punch)

Step 2: Start the Mini-game

• Return to the Tavern at the map's starting location
• Go to the bar's north side
• Interact with the tray and weapon
• Your weapon will temporarily disappear (don't worry, it returns later)

Step 3: Complete the Bartending Challenge

• Zombies will approach the bar peacefully
• Watch for coasters lighting up with different colors
• Match the drinks to the coaster colors
• Serve drinks to zombies until the mini-game ends

The PHD Flopper perk is automatically awarded upon completion. While this doesn't unlock the perk machine permanently, it provides early access before round 25 when Der Wunderfizz typically becomes available.

Note: This method is faster than waiting for Der Wunderfizz machine access at round 25, which normally allows purchase of all perks.
