Marvel Rivals has launched globally with an impressive debut, attracting over 440,000 players on day one. The game features 33 playable heroes and villains, ranging from iconic characters like Spider-Man and Wolverine to lesser-known heroes like Magik and Luna Snow.

One character gaining particular attention is Jeff the Land Shark, a unique addition to the roster. This baby shark with legs has an ultimate ability called "It's Jeff!" that's causing quite a stir in the gaming community.

Jeff's ultimate ability allows him to swallow both allies and enemies within a large area-of-effect. Once consumed, Jeff can control where to take his victims and when to release them. Players have already discovered creative ways to use this ability, including swallowing entire enemy teams and jumping off cliffs for mass eliminations.

Originally appearing in a 2019 West Coast Avengers comic as Gwenpool's pet, Jeff has since featured in other Marvel games like Marvel Snap and Marvel Puzzle Quest. His inclusion in Marvel Rivals adds a unique tactical element to team battles.

Marvel Rivals is now available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, offering players the chance to experience this distinctive blend of classic Marvel heroes and surprising additions like Jeff the Land Shark.
