Post-Beta The Pre-Season One officially began on November 20, 2009, introducing the first Free Champion rotation system.
Beta testing is a crucial software development phase that follows alpha testing. During beta, software is functional but may have incomplete features. The main goals are:
- Identifying and fixing bugs
- Conducting usability testing
- Gathering user feedback
- Preparing for public release
This phase marks the first time software becomes available outside the development organization, allowing for real-world testing and feedback collection before official launch.
