
League of Legends Custom Game Modes Guide and Rules
Custom games in League of Legends allow players to create personalized matches with chosen players and/or bots. Here's everything you need to know:
Note: Custom games don't affect your stats, XP, or leaver penalties, but still require following the Summoner's Code.
Bot Availability:
- Only available on Summoner's Rift
- 69 champions (40.59%) can be used as bots
- Three difficulty levels: Intro, Intermediate, and Advanced
- Bots can be assigned specific roles
Popular Custom Game Types:
All Random All Mid (ARAM)
- Mid lane only
- No recalling/walking to base
- Buy items only while dead
- No snowball items or neutral camps
- No Teleport/Revive/Guardian Angel
Protect the Queen
- Teams protect designated female champion
- First Queen to die 7 times loses
- Limited to half the jungle area
- Queens must use Clairvoyance and Rally
- Queens cannot buy items except Oracle's Elixir
Hide and Seek
- 5 hiders vs 2 seekers
- 40-45 minute time limit
- Hiders get 5 lives
- Only CC abilities allowed (no direct damage)
- No recalling for hiders
Draft Racing
- Goal: Reach enemy spawn and die to Nexus Obelisk
- No jungling/laning unless inhibitor down
- Banner of Command prohibited
- Champions selected via Draft Pick
