MiSide features 26 unique achievements that can be unlocked through various gameplay activities and story progression. Here's a comprehensive guide to unlock them all, organized by chapter:

Chapter: Together At Last

• Delicious Love: Pick up scissors in kitchen, eat Mita's meal, and use scissors to open sauce pack
• Dead Juice: Check TV with remote, accept and drink juice from Mita

Chapter: Things Get Weird

• Penguin Conundrum: Beat Mita at Penguin Piles in two rounds
• Clabber: Win all four rounds in Dairy Scandal console game
• Creak in the Dark: Refuse Mita when she asks you to stay after checking closet

Chapter: Beyond the World

• Going at Maximum Speed: Collect all 10 coins in Spacecar arcade game
• Accelerate: Get first place in Spacecar race
• Pat on the head: Win all rounds against Cool Mita in button game
• The Great Dance: Complete a full song without mistakes in first round of rhythm game

Chapter: Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles

• O, Great Mita: Find and interact with shrine behind second activation console
• You Shall Not Pass: Follow Mini Mita to bridge after tram scene
• Helluvah Win: Complete Hetoor arcade game (three waves)
• Without Dealing Damage: Complete Hetoor without taking damage
• The Fly's Victory: Stand still for 1:50, then score 25 in minigame

Chapter: Ready Books, Destroying Glitches

• Carrot: Find teleporting carrot seven times in Mila's apartment
• Found You: Observe Mita figurine transformation above computer desk

Chapter: Old Version & Reboot

• Some Achievement: Try leaving through front door after Crazy Mita scene

• A Long Long Tail: Score 25 in Snake game
• Is This the End: Complete game for bad ending
• Safe of Life: Use code 4970 on basement safe after bad ending

• Conditions Met: Meet all requirements to stay with Mita when asked
• Caught Them All & Hi, Mita: Requirements for true ending
