The Zhentarim Hideout in Baldur's Gate 3 is a secret location accessible only during Act One. Here's how to find and enter it:

Meeting the Prerequisites:

• Find Rugan and Olly trapped in a cave by hyenas near the mountain pass
• Help them defeat the hyenas
• Gain Rugan's trust to receive the hideout's password: "Little serpent, long shadow"

Finding the Location:

1. Travel to The Risen Road waypoint
2. Head west to Waukeen's Rest (look for the burning inn)
3. Follow the road left of the inn, under a covered bridge
4. Locate the dead ox on the road
5. Find the small shed with crates to the right of the ox

Entering the Hideout:

1. Move the crates in front of the shed to reveal a door
2. Speak to the guard and give the password
3. Walk behind the guard to find a hatch
4. Enter the basement
5. Locate the cabinet against the stone wall
6. Interact with the cabinet to reveal hidden stairs (requires passing an easy check)

Important Notes:

• Only accessible during Act One
• Killing Rugan and Olly or stealing their chest will make the hideout hostile
• The location won't appear on your map if you harm Rugan and Olly
